Does the recipient need a Giftly account?+
No. Recipients get an SMS/WhatsApp link with delivery status — no login required. Senders can also choose 'surprise delivery' to hide their name until it arrives.
How does delivery to a resort island work?+
We coordinate with the resort's concierge or front desk directly. You'll just need the recipient's name and, if known, their room number or reservation details at checkout.
What happens if the seaplane is delayed by weather?+
Outer-atoll deliveries that depend on seaplane transfer are monsoon-sensitive. We'll notify you as soon as we know about a delay and rebook the next available transfer.
Can I order from more than one vendor at once?+
Yes — your cart can include gifts from multiple independent vendors in a single checkout; each vendor prepares their own item.
How do I track my order?+
Use the order ID from your confirmation on the Track page — no account needed.
How do vendors get paid?+
Vendors are settled weekly, net of Giftly's commission, once orders are marked completed.
